This booklet is utilised by HomeCare teams to facilitate experiential learning for youths. It complements the youth e-learning videos and covers topics such as goal setting, communications, falls and activities of daily living, geriatric giants and social isolation, common chronic conditions, and social determinants of health.

Virtual Training (2021)

Team Leaders were able to bond with their youths, explore care issues by exploring the elderly’s home environment, and apply knowledge learnt on geriatric care - all through a virtual Escape Room over Zoom!
